Outer: Raincoat - Waterproof nylon rip-stop or Pack Cloth; Warm Coat - Wool, canvas, denim, or any light to medium weight fabric.
Lining: Light to heavy woven, quilted, or fleece fabric.
Notions:
Polyester thread, 1/4 yd (23cm) 2" (5cm) velcro hook and loop, 3/4 yd (68.5cm) 1" (2.5cm) reflective tape.
For optional side pockets: 1/8 yd (11.5cm) 3/4" (2cm) velcro hook and loop.
