How can I be sure of the fabric quality and color before ordering?
We offer swatch kits for all our core collections. While we use professional photography to ensure color accuracy, we recommend ordering a sample to feel the weight and texture of the fabric in person.
What is your minimum order quantity for custom fabrics?
For our standard inventory, you can order as little as one yard. For custom digital prints or wholesale manufacturing, the minimum typically starts at 50 yards per design.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Domestic orders are processed within 2 business days. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
Can I return fabric once it has been cut?
Because our fabrics are cut to order, we cannot accept returns unless the material is defective or damaged. We encourage customers to utilize our swatch service before committing to large yardage.
