This sewing pattern for a fully reversible cozy vest features handy zipper pockets on the outer side and cozy handwarmer pockets on the lining side. Two views have either snap or zipper closures. This vest is insulated and can be quilted or lined in polar fleece.
Suggested Fabrics:
Outer Shell: Any Water-repellent Fabrics, Ultrex, or Gore-Tex.
Lining: Polar Fleece, Diamond Quilt, Channel Quilt (allow 1/4 yard (.23m) extra for matching quilt lines), Nylon Taffeta, and Water-repellent Fabric.
Insulation: Thinsulate (when using Nylon Taffeta or Water-repellant Fabrics for Lining). Omit insulation is using pre-quilted or polar fleece for lining.
Notions:
Polyester Thread, two 7"-Pocket Zippers, View A: 24" Reversible Zipper; View B: seven Heavy Duty Snaps.
