My top is simple yet structured, featuring a side bust dart. You can opt for a round neckline or a V-neck.
My dress versions feature a gathered skirt at the waist with pockets, and can be styled with or without a removable belt. Each version can be buttoned at the front or not, and I offer sleeve options from sleeveless to short, ¾-length, or butterfly sleeves.
I also come as two skirt styles: a mini skirt and a long skirt, both gathered at the waist finished with a fitted waistband and front buttons.

For Lotus we advise to choose lightweight to medium weight woven fabrics: poplin, viscose, Tencel, Tana lawn, chambray, light crepe, lightweight denim, silk, linen, washed cotton….
All the fabrics used are MeetMilk fabrics. To help you choose your fabric, here are the ones we’ve used for each version:
The long dress is made using Mellow crispy crepe from MeterMeter.
The mustard sleeveless top worn with the matching skirt is sewn using a Smooth Drape Twill from MeterMeter.
For the crop top we used a Cider Saba Sheer from MeterMeter.
The stripy skirt is sewn using a Meet Milk organic cotton fabric from Minerva.
For the top with butterfly sleeves we used the Vida Voile from MeterMeter It is lightly see-through so we changed the finishing at the neckline with bias binding rather than a facing.

All seam allowances are included in the pattern.
The pattern is enclosed in an envelope. It contains the sewing pattern along with a step-by-step illustrated explanation guide.
The different pieces overlap with each other so you will need to trace the pattern on paper. If you prefer a ready-to-cut pattern, try the pdf version as pieces do not overlap with each other.
Size 36 to 46. See sizing guide above.
