#BillowFrock

The Billow Frock is (you guessed it!) billowy, puffy, flowy and basically everything you need in a summer dress. Inspired by Cecilie Bahnsen's wonderful fluffy silhouettes, this frock features an elasticated gathered neckline, puffy raglan sleeve, a two tiered skirt with high low style lines and a midi length straight hem.

FABRIC
Wovens: Any light woven fabric with a crisp drape. Cotton Poplin, Cotton Lawn, Linen/Cotton Blend, Organza
Pattern also requires bias binding and 1/4 inch thick elastic for the neckline. There are instructions on how to create your own matching bias binding.

SIZING AND FIT
Size XXS-XL see size chart.
This garment features an oversized fit. Model is 5'4 (B:36 W:28 Hip: 38) wearing size small.
