Pants or shortpants Sewing Pattern & Guidebook

Berlin is a carrot pants or shorts pattern for women's, featuring a loose fit rounded at the hips, a high waist and patch pockets. The pants are 7/8ths in length, with a narrowed leg at the bottom and finished with a facing for a beautiful finish. The garment proposes a waistband with belt loops, button and zip opening, back darts and slightly lowered crotches.

Size range: 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52 (French sizes)

Fabric recommendations:

Medium-weight wovens (250-380g/m2): velvet, corduroy, denim, flannel, lightweight wool, twill, canvas, linen, jacquard. Fabrics with or without elastane.

Buttons 18 to 22 mm (3/4 to 7/8 in.) wide

Thin fusible interlining: 70 cm (27-1/2 in.) wide

15 cm (6 in.) closed end nylon or metal zip

Bias binding for waistband (and optional for fly) 28 mm (1-1/8 in.) open, 7 mm (1/4 in.) folded
