This blouse is inspired by the wonderful Anne of Green Gables. I grew up watching the movies and only read the books recently, but I always remembered the part about the puffed sleeves!
INCLUDED IN THE DOWNLOAD

The blouse is a wrap top with side darts at the front and waist darts at the back. The sleeve is 3/4 length and is two pieces. The under piece can be sewn in a contrasting fabric. This pattern can be adapted to upcycle a mens shirt otherwise you can make it from scratch!
SEAM ALLOWANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE PATTERN.

Wovens: Any medium woven fabric with a crisp drape. Cotton Poplin, Cotton Lawn, Linen, Organza
SIZING AND FIT
Size 0-20 see size chart.
This garment features a darted bodice with a wrap configuration to wrap it tightly at your waist. Choose the size that is closest to your waist measurement. Made for a B/C cup. Model is 5'4 (B:36 W:28 Hip: 38) wearing size 8.
